Medical Info: He is in really good physical condition?
Eyes: Brown.
Hair: Brown.
Physical traits: His hands are callused and scarred from years of training with a variety of weapons. He also has a variety of other scars from hunts that went wrong. The latter will be hidden by his clothes, which will usually be a brown suit with a striped shirt and loose tie. When Serious Business and/or cold weather is afoot he'll wear a double-breasted black coat over it.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Anything except 4th walling??? I'll ping if I start to feel uncomfortable.
Abilities: He has some percentage of vampire DNA. This gives him the ability to sense vampires, slightly accelerated healing, and greater than human strength and speed and so on. On the flip side the vampire part of him is constantly urging him to kill vampires and not forgive their trespasses against humans, which mostly means he is more likely to react to vampires trespassing against humans with "shoot to kill" than, you know, peaceful dialog and whatnot. Kaitou will also have a gun with anti-vampire properties on him.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: He thinks about Zero a lot! Mostly worrying about where he is, how he's doing, etc. The very magically or spiritually sensitive might be able to pick up a faint trace of the dormant consciousness of another being from his gun. At the very least, the fact that his gun has magical vampire-killing properties would be obvious.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Yes.
Maim/Murder/Death: Probably yes, ask me first.
Cooking: He can manage really simple stuff.
Other: Nope!
